Product Exchanges & Returns:

Each piece is designed and hand-made in the U.S.A. with you in mind!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return and/or exchange the unworn, eligible item(s) within 30 days of purchase. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with each online order. Please email info@JessicaSantander.com with your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange to receive the next steps for the return process. All item(s) must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for the exchange and/or return. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse to replace your item(s) if we believe the item(s) was intentionally harmed and/or mistreated. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Fine Jewelry Repair Policy:

If you purchase a Jessica Santander fine jewelry piece (made with designer quality gemstones and/or 14kt gold-filled components) from JessicaSantander.com or at any retail locations, you are eligible to receive a free repair within 60 days of purchase date. If your fine jewelry piece fails during normal wear within 60 days of purchase date due to a defect in material, as determined by our team, we will repair your piece at no cost. All decisions to repair a fine jewelry piece is subject to review and we may refuse to repair should we see intentional misuse of the piece(s).

All returns of fine jewelry must be securely packaged (in original packaging) and with original receipt. 

Please allow 15-21 business days for fine jewelry repair, plus added time for shipping.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for repair.
